Frequently Asked Questions
I'm having trouble with Etsy or Amazon, do you ship directly to Customers?
Yes, for the time being, I can ship direct to the customer and bypass the selling platforms if there is an issue. You can send e a message on Etsy or Amazon, or email me directly. We can figure out if there are better options for shipping.
Do you do wholesale/bulk orders?
Yes, please contact me directly for the wholesale discount and shipping information.
What is Global Postal Shipping on Etsy?
Global Postal Shipping is a shipping service Etsy offers for some international shipments. This service can greatly reduce the price of shipping but the transit time may be slower and tracking information can be spotty. Usually, in the period of time between when the shipment leaves the US and arrives at its destination in another country, a new tracking number is given to the package and that tracking number is not updated.
For some, not having access to the tracking information is not tenable for their shipping needs. For others, the cheaper shipping option is worth the reduced tracking.
Shipping to my country is too expensive, are there any other options?
I am happy to reach out to stores in your area to see if my products can be bought at wholesale and sold locally. Simply send me your location or nearby stores and I will contact them.
Are the animal parts in your photos bought or gifts from nature?
They were all gifts from nature. The idea of supporting the hunting/fur trade is abhorrent to me, especially given the reverence I have for these archetype messages in my life. The horn I picked up during a vision quest, the wings are always from birds that I pick up from the side of the road after being killed by cars. I take what can be preserved and return what remains back to nature in a place where no other animals might be harmed by oncoming traffic while trying to eat it. I never buy wings and you can verify that by my spotty handywork on all the handles. There is a fox fur that I use that was being tossed out by a thrift shop after being taken off a coat that was donated. I cleaned the fur, honored the animal it was taken from, and sewed my own lining onto with sacred objects of mine. Everything else I have picked up on my hikes and camping trips. Not a single animal was harmed by me nor was the industry of fur, leather, or hunting supported indirectly. I know that hunting animals is a major part of some cultures and eco-care but it's personally very upsetting for me. Each object I have represents a lesson and guidance that I deeply appreciate and learn from. They all live on my altar or hang above my bed.
It is my hope that working with animal totems deepens the respect of our wild family and does not promote any purchases from animal traders.
